

1. The Unplug
This is about stepping out of the daily grind and getting a 20,000-foot view of your life. We’ll try to stay off our devices as much as possible. It’s a challenge for all of us, but that’s where the clarity can start to kick in.
2. The Reset
We’ll have discussions on topics that might be mucking up our relationships or our peace of mind. You get to decide what’s worth keeping and what you’re ready to let go of.
3. The Sacred Space
This is the part that really makes the difference. It’s 30 hours of creating a space where you can come face-to-face with yourself. You'll have the chance to share with the group in a safe way, or to just get honest with yourself. No pressure—just a chance to lighten the load. This is where you really learn to drop the muck and find the joy you want to live with.
